It was never an anime until you decided it was.

Yeah, and I decided it was one.

I'm probably missing your point.

Just remix the style until its yours, not necessary blatant generic yugioh/dragonball themed anime, but make it your own.

That's a good idea! My only problem is that the series may not seem the same if I do that, or the characters will look too different and the voices won't match as well anymore.

PS HOW DARE U DISS YUGIOH WTF MAN WTF NOT KEWL.

i said "Generic yugioh/dragonball styled anime"

I didn't insult it at all, i'm just saying that your art style looks like a version of that anime.

Also i talked to our friend dillon on msn he sez you guys were talking and you didn't want to add me on msn :( this makes me unhappy ;~;

I was joking about the yu-gi-oh thing, lol. I actually sorta kinda hate the show. And by sorta kinda I mean 'without a doubt.'

And, yeah, I don't add people I don't know to my msn since I use it almost exclusively for friends. I didn't add Dylan until like a year after we'd first met. xD

Right, so you obviously missed my point. it was an anime because you were like: oh! im gonna make it an anime! whereas the story would be the same if it was a comic book. the only real problem here is you think people care about the art style. If you look at the reviews theyll tell you that the art style is in consistent. compare the 1st one to the 3rd one huge difference. find and art style youre comfortable with and just finish it. thats what the people actually care about.

Oooh, I see what you mean! Yeah, you're completely right. I think I'll take your advice and try to find an art style that fits.

Yugioh abridged is hilarious awesome,

Dont underestimate the power of having fellow flash artists on msn. I have about 20 on my MSN now (in a seperate group for them specifically) and its fantastic! You can bounce ideas off of each other, get feedback on certain animations, talk collaborations with famous newgrounds artists or programmers. Its definitely fantastic!

I'm always looking forward to talking to new artists, so if you change your mind, duchednier@hotmail.com

You starting to sound a bit more like me then, its hard to get out of anime and try something new when you're so accustomed to anime. I still experiment though.

Your Last Degree video looks like it could be interesting so I would like to see it sometime. The character from the screenshot sort of remind me something from Boondocks so I'm curious of what the story is about on this one.
